This family, especially Ashley and Victor, have been the face of my photography for the last 6 years. They were some of my first clients when I moved to CA. They have become such wonderful friends and I am so glad I get to document all these special moments in their lives. From their couples session, R&R session, a session of Ashley for Victor, a long awaited homecoming, DI school graduation, maternity, family, and now their goodbye to the Depot session. It has been amazing getting to do these for them. I absolutely love this family and so sad that they are leaving CA, but the Military calls! Thankfully I’ll be flying to NC for their next homecoming when it comes time. Thats the thing with the military, it is never a goodbye, only a see ya later. <3
Since Victor’s time as a Drill Instructor at MCRD San Diego is coming to an end, and since Madison has spent her life there so far, it was fitting that we did a session at the Depot. I have to say, this may just be one of my favorites!
The beautiful family <3
We took this same photo in this spot three years ago, while Ashley was pregnant with Madison.
This? Haha. Oh man. This was THE best! She gives dad the orders! Victor even said, “I can train recruits to become Marines, but I can’t train her!”
Dad is completely wrapped around every one of her tiny little fingers.
“Madison, what does daddy always say?” “EYES! Where are your eyes?!” This sassy little lady is the perfect mix of her mom and dad. <3 And I love all three of them.
